This place consistently delivers delicious Mediterranean food! The chicken shawarma, gyro, and rice are always flavorful and satisfying. You can really taste the quality in their ingredients. Beyond the main courses, the salad is always impressively fresh, which is a testament to their attention to detail. What really elevates the experience, though, is the friendly staff and the impressively fast service. You can get a great meal, quickly, and be treated well while you're there. I usually get grilled chicken kabob wrap, which is absolutely amazing and might just be my favorite, but today I got the grilled chicken Shawarma and it was so full of flavor! The homemade tzatziki and garlic cream sauce and fresh veggies complement it very nicely. Very hard to find food that tastes homemade and actually is! The owner John is very kind and hospitable, always a smile.
Very good and the prices are also very good especially since you're getting FRESH food. The staff is so sweet. The BAKLAVA is INCREDIBLE. Best I've had.
First time here. You walk in and it's clean. The owner, John is very friendly. The food was fantastic! I had the Kafta entree and was surprised it came w hummus and Greek salad along rice. Very good portion. Look forward to coming back. I see this place as a regular rotation when u want to eat out.
Amazing food! So fresh! I had the chicken kabob - big chunks of chicken - on rice, with a Greek salad, hummus, delicious pita, and a slice of Baklava. The owner is as good as the food! We'll be back. And soon!
The Zesty Shawarma reminds us of our time in the Middle East. Yes, the food is that authentic. In fact, it's probably the best Mediterranean food we've had in the U.S. The family who runs Zesty are warm, friendly and very sincere. Several times during our meal, they checked in on us... smiling and wanting to know how our meal was. It was delicious. We ordered some Gyros, Chicken Kabob with saffron rice, along with some falafels. It is also less expensive than some other Humus and Gyro places in Menifee. I've attached our receipt, $38.12 pre-tax. Our serving size I can only say was plentiful and overly generous. You decide. See attached photos. Five Stars!
Excellent! I got the mix combo plate and it was delicious . It was my first time here today and the family that "I assume" run this place all seem like lovely people. This is truly traditional and I highly recommend you come give it try asap!
Run! Don't walk to Zesty Shawarma! Oh my gosh. Absolutely delicious!! While most places seem to be reducing their portion sizes, it seems that Zesty is increasing its dish sizes. This is the gyros plate for $14.99. The amount of gyros was overflowing! Took me 2 days to finish. But the BEST is the baba GANOUSH. So creamy & tasty. The place had every table filled on a Friday night as we were all attended to by the sweetest mom & her daughter. I'll be back! Zesty, keep shining!
